Anyone who has ever enjoyed the incomparable pleasure of our melt-in-the-mouth Goufrais will want more: our generous round box with 500g (67 pieces) of Goufrais is just the thing for passionate connoisseurs.
Let yourself be tempted by melt-in-the-mouth cocoa confectionery in a powdery coating of 100% cocoa. Goufrais are best enjoyed chilled: the initially firm confectionery slowly develops its fine yet strong cocoa aroma and melts gently. A taste experience that you will remember for a long time. This alcohol-free, nut-free and gluten-free treat is made from high-quality ingredients in Weil am Rhein on the edge of the southern Black Forest.
Our cocoa confectionery is not only unique in taste and universally popular, the shape also conveys a homely feeling and is reminiscent of the "good old days". "GOUFRAIS - The Cool Indulgence" is coated in 100% cocoa powder and contains no alcohol. After an initial firmness, the high-quality ingredients slowly unfold into a delicate melt and thus ensure an unforgettable and long-lasting taste experience.
Our specialty is similar to a good wine or cheese.... tastes best at the right temperature! (allow the aroma to develop for 3-4 minutes at room temperature after removing from the fridge).
